SELECT METHOD

This is the way the process of selection for the TeamCH is done, the purpose of this team is to gather all the best Teamplay players of Swizerland to play international Competitions : · Creation of a pool of the best TP Swiss players using their demos from their clans. (people without a clan are unlikely to be part of it because of obvious experience reasons, except special cases) · The skills required are : Teamplay skills showed up in demos and attitude of the player as a Fragger. · The selection has been done mostly with best clans who played in leagues for a reason of : training, tactic habits, experience of competition and opponents. · Pickup of the best possible team before the events and special training · The player’s pool is opened to every Swiss gamer. To participate, they must provide demos of their teamplay play. Either they contact the coaches ([email protected]) to show the demos to them, either they are directly chosen by the coaches .
